Golf Fitness

Golfers ARE athletes! Making a great golf swing requires coordination, power, flexibility and balance.  Even if you are just a recreational player if your body is not prepared to make a swing your game will suffer, and you could be putting yourself at risk for injury. If your body is incapable of moving properly then a consistent golf swing will be impossible to obtain. By working on your golf fitness players will be able to add distance, play more consistently, increase accuracy, and enjoy the game more. A quick physical assessment can show you where you are loosing yards and potentially putting yourself at risk for injury. Even if you do not want to work out a physical screen can show you what moves in the golf swing you will not be able to make so you can work around your deficiencies. Steve is a Certified Golf Fitness instructor by the Titleist Performance Institute, which is widely regarded as the gold standard in golf fitness training.
